not necessary to use a formal order sheet to place an order with us. Simply provide
the information below and we'll do the rest! Please keep in mind our order
processing hours are 12 noon to 5pm Tuesdays and Thursdays with orders
processed in the order received. |

| 5) | Products - Indicate the quantity desired, the manufacturer, stock number, and price. If you are unsure of the product number, please give us a detailed description of the item. | ||
| 6) | Payment information (using Visa or
MasterCard): We'll need the credit card number, expiration date, cardholder name, and V-Code from the back of the card.. If you feel uncomfortable leaving credit card information over the internet then you can either fax it to us or e-mail it in two parts. Once it is on file you merely need to refer to it in your correspondence as "CC and account info on file" and make sure we have the current expiration date. If you have more than one card on file, give us the first four and last four digits as reference. Payment information (using PayPal): We also accept PayPal as payment for your order. PayPal payments should be made to: ebay@scaleauto.com Note: Please confirm price, availability, and shipping cost with us before sending a PayPal payment. All PayPal payments need to be completed within 48 hours for us to hold and ship your order. Note: minimum order amount is $25. |

| 7) | Shipping & Handling Orders are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service. Our $8.50 minimum shipping and handling charge is based on a one-pound box going Priority Mail to a U.S.A. destination. If your order contains heavy or large items (i.e. race sets, power packs, track etc) please be sure to include or plan on extra shipping costs. Orders over one pound will be shipped as per the service you requested and charged accordingly. Note: unless otherwise negotiated, all Back Ordered items are treated as a separate order complete with full Shipping & Handling charges. In the future we plan to offer you the ability to shop more conveniently online but this is the method we are using for the time being. |

| 8) | International Shipments:
Shipments outside the U.S.A. must go prepaid and are typically higher than
domestic shipping costs. We
can provide a quote based on the final weight, contents and
destination of the order. We recommend using the U.S. Postal Service for the best shipping
service and cost. |
