The easiest way to place an order with Scale Auto is by using one of our order forms. Click here to view and print out our order form.*(note current S&H prices change - see below) If you don't have access to a printer you can request a hard copy be sent to you by mail or fax. Click here to send us an e-mail request for a hard copy. If the above choices are not convenient, it is not necessary to use a formal order sheet to place a valid order with us. Simply provide all of the following information and we'll do the rest! Please remember that our regular business hours are 10am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and requests will be processed during those hours in the order received. |
When placing an order with us, here's the information we need from you: |

| 1) | First and Last Name. |
| 2) | Ship-to Address. |
| 3) | Bill-to Address if different than Ship-to. |
| 4) | Contact Phone Number - A daytime phone or fax number so we may contact you if we have any questions regarding your order. |
| 5) | Products - Indicate the quantity desired, the manufacturer, stock number, and price. If you are unsure of the product number, please give us a detailed description of the item. |
| 6) | Payment information (Visa or
MasterCard): We need the credit card number, expiration date, cardholder name and V-Code. If you feel uncomfortable leaving credit card information over the net then you can either fax it to us or e-mail it in two parts. Once it is on file you merely need to refer to it in your correspondence as "CC and account info on file" and make sure we have the current expiration date. If you have more than one card on file, give us the first four and last four digits as reference. We now accept PayPal not only in our eBay store and our on-line eBay auctions, but for general on-line purchases via PayPal. Please confirm price, availability and final cost with S&H before purchasing and allow time for us to pull, assemble and weigh inventory (required for calculations). We will hold the inventory and honor the quote for 48 hours. Payment should be made to " ebay@scaleauto.com " To find us on eBay, our seller I.D. is "scaleauto". Please note that there is a $10.00 + $7.00 S&H minimum for mailed-in payments and $25.00 minimum for any credit card and PayPal transactions. |
| 7) | Shipping & Handling

of November 2011) Let us know how you would like the order shipped. Our primary method now is via USPS. Minimum Shipping and Handling charges per shipment are based on a 1-pound box shipped anywhere in the U.S.A. (except Alaska and Hawaii): ==> USPS (Priority) Mail is $8.50 ==> UPS Ground shipping is $9.50 ==> UPS 3-Day shipping is $18.00 (dimensional weight default) (as per UPS) ==> UPS 2nd Day shipping is $21.95 (dimensional weight default) (as per UPS) Orders over one pound will be shipped as per the service you requested and charged accordingly.** Please note: unless otherwise negotiated, all Back Ordered items are treated as a separate order complete with full Shipping & Handling charges. We hope to offer you the ability to shop more conveniently on-line but this is the method we are using for now. |

Shipments outside the U.S.A. must go prepaid and hold a different price structure. We
would be happy to provide a quote individually based on the final weight, contents and
destination of the order. We recommend using U.S. Postal Service for best shipping and
handling service/cost. (For transactions using non-USA credit cards, a surcharge of 5% is applicable. International PayPal payments carry a 5% fee now also) |
